Leaving Bodo, Norway

Our wonderful Airbnb host and new friend Kirsten serves us a typical Norwegian breakfast on the morning we leave (even though BF is not part of the deal).

I could eat this every day.

On the menu:
- Veggies: Cucumber, tomato and red pepper
- Cheeses: Brie and a firmer cheese, maybe Jarlsberg
- Seafood: Caviar paste and smoked trout lox
- More protein: cold sliced ham & hard-boiled egg
- Grains: a hearty, nutty bread, Rye crisp & water crackers
- Drinks: Coffee; Orange juice
- Sweet: homemade rhubarb conserve

Served up with plenty of good conversation.

Kirsten takes us by an international scout jamboree that is setting up.  9,000 youth and their leaders are taking over a huge farm property for a while; then kindly delivers us to the airport.

Off to Gotenburg, Sweden.
